This 6-week series is designed to enhance and empower deeper connections with yourself, others, and the world around you. In this transformative journey, we will explore various aspects of connection, from nurturing self-connection to expanding our sense of oneness.

Each week, we will offer a unique and diverse range of practices to enrich your experience. Drawing from various modalities, including yoga, sound meditation, breathwork, and reiki, these exercises will deepen your connection with yourself and others.

The Practice:

Yoga will be an integral part of our series, as it promotes physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each week, we will explore different yoga sequences and postures that are specifically designed to enhance your connection with yourself and foster a deeper sense of unity. Our practice is designed for all levels of experience.

Sound has a profound impact on our well-being, and in our classes, we will utilize sound meditation to facilitate connection and healing. Through the use of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and various instruments, you will experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner-harmony.

The breath is a powerful tool for self-connection and transformation. We will incorporate various breathwork techniques, such as conscious breathing exercises and pranayama, to regulate the breath, calm the mind, and energize the body. These practices will deepen your awareness of the breath and its role in cultivating connection.

Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, harnesses the power of energy to promote balance and well-being. We will incorporate gentle touch or distance healing to help you tap into your energy centers, release blockages, and enhance your connection with the universal life force.

In addition to yoga, sound meditation, breathwork, and reiki, we will introduce a variety of other exercises and practices throughout the series. These may include guided visualizations, journaling prompts, meditations, partner activities, and group discussions. Each exercise will provide a unique opportunity for self-reflection, growth, and connection.

By offering this diverse range of practices, we aim to create a holistic experience that addresses various aspects of connection and personal growth. Whether you are new to these modalities or have previous experience, our series will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore, learn, and deepen your connections with yourself and the world around you.

Session 1

Discovering Inner Harmony: Nurturing Self-Connection

Tuesday, October 10: 6-8 pm

In this class, we will delve into the foundations of connection by nurturing our relationship with ourselves. Through self-reflection and introspective practices, you will discover inner harmony and deepen your understanding of the importance of connecting with oneself first and foremost.

Session 2

Embodied Presence: Deepening the Mind-Body Connection

Tuesday, October 17: 6-8 pm

Embark on a journey of mind-body connection as we explore the profound wisdom and interplay between our physical and mental states. Through embodied practices and mindfulness techniques, you will learn to deepen your presence and cultivate a harmonious connection between your mind and body.

Session 3:

Harmonizing Breath and Energy

Tuesday, October 24: 6-8 pm

Breath and energy are essential elements of our being. During this class, we will explore techniques to harmonize our breath and energy, through intentional movement and stillness. Learn to tap into the power of your breath to enhance your connection with yourself and others.

Session 4

Rooting Within: Finding Connection through Grounding

Tuesday, November 7: 6-8 pm

Discover the strength and stability that come from grounding yourself. By connecting inward and cultivating a sense of rootedness, you will develop a solid foundation from which to connect with others and navigate life's challenges with resilience.

Session 5

Heart-to-Heart: Cultivating Compassion and Love

Tuesday, November 14: 6-8 pm

Open your heart and cultivate compassion and love in this class dedicated to fostering deep connections with others. Through heart-centered practices, you will explore ways to nurture empathy, understanding, and kindness, creating meaningful connections and enriching relationships.

Session 6

Deepening Connections: Body, Mind, and Spirit

Tuesday, November 21: 6-8 pm

In this class, we will integrate the lessons learned throughout the series, focusing on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Through holistic practices, you will deepen your understanding of the profound connection between these aspects of your being, fostering a harmonious and balanced existence.
