This practice is designed to enhance and empower deeper connections with yourself, others, and the world around you. In this transformative journey, we will explore various aspects of connection, from nurturing self-connection to expanding our sense of oneness.

The Practice:

Gentle Flow Yoga with Lisa: Begin your journey by connecting with your physical self. Lisa will guide you through a yoga practice, focusing on gentle flows and poses that promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This practice will help you find balance within yourself as you explore the movements of your body.

Breathwork with Jason:  Through specialized techniques and guided exercises, you'll learn to harness the power of your breath to center your mind, release stress, and deepen your connection with your inner self. Jason's expertise in breathwork will leave you feeling rejuvenated and in tune with your own life force.

Sound Meditation with Jillian: This is a powerful form of inner work aimed at enhancing and expanding self-awareness, self-observation, and self-inquiry. The ultimate goal is to connect to Gnosis, or inner knowing, which streams from a wellspring within each individual. Sound has many therapeutic benefits. During a session, participants often feel a deep sense of connection with their inner healer and are guided to disengage from undesirable habitual patterns, release past trauma, reduce anxiety, tap into inner joy, connect with purpose, and create many other positive changes!
